RICK'S SUPRISE APPEARANCE AT TASMANIAN TRADE SHOWS
Vicki Graham from Trading Places Foodservice Brokerage participated in the recent Tasmanian Trade Shows and commented that the PFD team again raised the bar with a great turn out and the super hero theme. Vicki added PFD's Super hero to the Trading Places Stand. There were numerous super hero's (Batman, Robin, Cat Woman and Penguin) at the trade show but the PFD Super Hero (Rick Smith if you haven't worked it out) took pride of place at the Trading Places stand.
Batman and Robin have since been donated to the Children's Ward at Hobart Hospital and Super Hero Rick Smith now resides in Tom McGinn's office where he can keep an eye on him.
Vicki was also thrilled to win the Steve Rimmer Trophy. Tha award is voted on by PFD Branch Managers and is awarded to the supplier who goes over and above in their efforts to ensure the Trade Show is a success. Steve Rimmer was the Tasmanian GM a number of years ago. PFD has been Vicki's account for many years and a strong relationship has developed over this time. - Tom McGinn PFD Tas. GM
